Partner events
Unique collaborations with our partners to create spaces for encounters and opportunities.
Visa For Music works with major players on the international cultural scene to organize partner events tailored to the needs of each structure.
These include side events, cocktail parties, off-site concerts, general meetings and networking events.
These initiatives offer a privileged framework for developing synergies between artists, professionals and institutions, strengthening opportunities for collaboration and network expansion.

Musical residencies
An artistic laboratory for encounters, co-creation and performance.
Before the festival, Visa For Music initiates artistic residencies, promoting encounters and collaborations between Moroccan and international artists.
These residencies enable artists to co-create, explore new sounds and forge professional links.
At the end of these sessions, the groups resulting from these collaborations have the opportunity to perform a showcase within the official program, offering a showcase for these new creations.
VFM Tributes
Residence LOJIQ / RIDEAU / VFM
Each year, the LOJIQ/RIDEAU/VFM Prize, awarded at the Festival RIDEAU in Quebec City, honors a Quebec artist. The winner is then welcomed into an artistic residency at Visa For Music, in collaboration with a Moroccan artist.
The two artists then perform a cross-showcase as part of the official program.

The 2024 edition featured a highly successful exhibition dedicated to traditional African instruments.
Building on this experience, Visa For Music plans to renew and diversify these initiatives each year, incorporating new themed exhibitions and music-related film screenings, for example.
