Salma El Shami

Salma ElShami is a Berlin-based creative artist manager with a background in film and media production. Over the past decade, she has worked closely with artists and creatives from diverse backgrounds across different markets, developing a multidisciplinary perspective on talent development and the creative industries. In 2024, she founded Thuraya Agency, a boutique artist management and booking agency focused on supporting independent musicians through key transitional phases in their careers. Through her work, she builds teams, partnerships, touring strategies, and sustainable workflows to help artists grow and create lasting music legacies.
